On receipt of goods, please check for any damage to the packaging and highlight this to the courier when signing for the goods. It is preferable you check the goods on arrival but if not, please let us know if any problems or damage has occurred during transit.
Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, check your goods thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied before disposing of your packaging. Please ensure you provide the following information: customer number, invoice number, item number, quantity, photo and reason for complaint.
